Responsibilities

• Manages incoming calls and customer service inquiries

• Identifies and assesses customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction

• Responds promptly to customer complaints and queries

• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Keeps records of customer interactions

• Ensures attainment of designated quality and productivity standards

• Ensures high level of confidentiality whilst working with sensitive information

• Recognizes, documents, and alerts your supervisor of trends in customer queries

• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Level/Graduate of any business-related course

2+ years of similar working experience with medical insurance

Excellent verbal and written skills in English

Good customer service and problem-solving skills

A good team player Willing to work in the graveyard shift and on a shifting schedule

Must be able to start ASAP

Willing to work in Davao City
