  • - Gathers information and feed backs from the market regarding the company's services.
    -Handles inventory and monitory of market suppliers ad corporate giveaways.
    -Prepares accurate weekly sales report and traffic count and the basket size for retail and other report necessary ad related to sales and marketing.
    -Adheres to the budget set-out, negotiating with suppliers for best prices.
    -Recording and monitoring all spend for the department accordingly.
    -Events coordination for permits, ingress, egress, filing (memo, projects, campaigns)
    -Maintain effective admin systems for the department.
    -On-time processing/follow up of payment requests for events and other marketing costs.
    -On-time processing of accreditation ad documents of DTI, and other permits needed.
    -Handles requests of business cards and other marketing collaterals.
    -Required skills- excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft office, excel, supplier management, events management) demonstrate ability to follow up assignments and knows how to prioritize tasks.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
