Offer description

- Contribute in the development of a business plan and marketing & sales strategy to ensure attainment of company goals and profitability

- Effective in closing of sales:

- Acquiring and penetration of new markets

- Actively search for sales leads and prospects

- Responsible for improving and growing revenue

- Develop sales strategies for the assigned territory & accounts

- Conduct product presentations

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed, and to be able to acquire sales quota

- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

- Responsible for the performance and development of assigned sales agents to a particular area

- Ensure that staff meet or exceed all activity standards such as, but not limited to, prospecting calls, appointments, order taking, on-time delivery and collections

- Conduct regular coaching and counselling of assigned staff to build motivation

- Maintain accurate records of all activities and reports of sales agents

- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Cost analysis, Customer service, Budget, Decision making, Team building, Business development, Sales Management, Leadership, Marketing, Networking, Planning, Writing, Reports, Conflict Resolution, Sales
