Offer description

Ø Create and execute a sales strategy within agreed client accounts, maintaining a high level of contact within set timescales in order to help define and execute the company’s client engagement strategy.

Ø Will assist in Operations job as well.

Ø Generate new revenue opportunities within agreed target markets, maintaining a high percentage of gross margin

Ø Ensure a high standard of conduct, leadership, and service as a Sales Professional, in such a way as to result in complete client satisfaction at all times.

Ø Create and execute a sales plan, to keep it up to date, and meet the objectives laid down in it.

Ø Continually manage a pipeline of business that is at least five times the individual total annual goal.

Ø Provide leadership, mentoring and advice to other members of the sales team.

Ø Working Hours - You'll generally work normal office hours. However, you may need to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends, when an event draws near.

Requirements:

Ø Accepting also a fresh graduate on no experience in Sales.

Ø At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Ø Required Skill(s): Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and follow-up skills, above average laptop computer skills.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office application

Ø Strong analytical and planning skills

Ø Good communication and presentation skills

Ø Excellent problem-solving skills

Ø Creative and can work under pressure

Ø Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Availability to travel: Yes
