  • Graduate of any business related course

    Ensures to provide all necessary clerical support to the sales department

    Coordinates with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

    Ensures the adequacy of sales- related equipment or material

    Ensures that the Company's agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to it's products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.

    Reports monthly sales results to the sales team in coordination with the accounting department

    Reports monthly inventory update to the sales team in coordination with the warehouse department

    Processes quotations in coordination with sales department and final approval of the NSM

    Utilizes company resources to develop a filling system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form

    Updates the monitoring sheet for expenses incurred by the sales team

    Performs prospecting of projects on Philgeps site

    Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines

    Informs clients of unforeseen delays or problems

    Compiles BUM/TL/ PSR complete expense reports

    Thoroughly checks the expense reports before submitting to the National Sales Manager
