Offer description
Handles and coordinates with customers on their requirements. Prepares quotation in the absence of Account Manager. Prepares Job Order for shipments that require trucking and other related services. Monitors the status of bookings from pick-up to delivery. Coordinates with customers the shipping details and status of cargo. Generates and prepares monthly production report of Account Managers. Does telemarketing activities of sales leads.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Microsoft Outlook, Communication and persuasion
