  • Job description:

    - The primary responsibilities of a Sales Assistant will be to complete the VIP process for each lead. The VIP process consists of dialing each lead up to 5 times as well as sending out 2 to 3 text messages to each consumer with information about our client.

    - The Sales Assistant will acquire each account from a sales representative and manage her/his own portfolio of customers, relationships, and partners, striving for consistent increases in revenue and gross margin dollars month after month.

    - The initial revenues goal will be to generate forty thousand dollars ($40,000) in monthly revenue (total revenue of the accounts you manage) and eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000) in monthly gross margin dollars from new customers managed, month after month, within the first 4 months of the commencement of employment, and seventy thousand dollars ($70,000 in total revenue in your portfolio) in monthly revenue and forty five thousand dollars ($31,500) in monthly gross margin dollars, month after month, within 8 months of the commencement of employment.

    - The Sales Assistant will be responsible for accurately forecasting and achieving aggressive but achievable revenue goals and gross margin goals for their portfolio.

    - The Sales Assistant will be focused on sales assistance and helping our existing customer base get in touch with more of their leads to improve their site visit rates or each client to above 12.5%.

    - The Sales Assistant will also focus her/his efforts on customers in only one of the Company’s vertical industries, assigned by the Company to best match the strengths of the Employee, but may expand into more than one vertical in the future.

    - Increase revenue and gross margin opportunities by identifying positive and negative trends in the site visit or returned lead metrics and communicating that to the team.

    - Work effectively with other teammates in sales, account management, consumer connect, IT, software development, marketing, and accounting to successfully execute on and achieve organizational and individual goals.

    - Conscientiously participate in efforts toward successfully achieving the goals of the Company.

    - Other responsibilities shall include but not be limited to complementary tasks, projects, report preparations, program or employee development assigned by one of the Company’s senior leaders.

    Essential skills:

    - Proficient in Excel and Gmail, including Google Docs

    - Familiarity with CRM preferred but not required

    - Cold calling the leads provided

    - Motivation to consistently exceed expectations.

    - Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice

    - Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills

    GY shift (10pm - 7am)

    26k basic pay
