Our client is a family-owned and operated professional Accounting Company based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. They are committed to providing personalized Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Tax Services to business owners in the USA with yearly sales revenue of $300,000 to $5 Million. Currently have an opening for a full-time Sales Associate as an independent contractor.

Qualifications:
1. Associate Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
2. At least two years of experience in sales in the service industry.
3. At least one year of experience in a BPO environment.
4. Working knowledge of a CRM, preferably Zoho CRM.
5. Working knowledge of google sheet, Gmail, google docs, etc:

Responsibilities:
1. Call the leads generated through our different marketing channels.
2. After each call, follow our guidelines and properly update each lead, make notes, and schedule a follow-up call if necessary.
3. First Sale-For qualified new leads, present our different services and close the deals.
4. Repeat Sales-Call the current and new clients, and identify their additional needs, and close those deals.
5. Make cold calling as required, and build qualified leads.
6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.
7. Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time.
8. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Working Hours Monday through Friday 9 AM to 1 PM, and 2 PM to 5 PM USA Eastern Time

Training will provide the necessary training for your required job responsibilities.
Compensation Package and Benefits: 1. Php30,000.00/month (Divided by the number of working days in a month, paid weekly),
2. HMO benefit after 3 months from the start date.
3. Transportation allowance Php 2,500.00/month (Php 568.19/week)
4. Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holidays.

Full Time 40 hours per week.

Job Location-Virtual (Temporary Work from your Home until April 30th)
(May 1st onwards onsite location, Nuvali, Santa Rosa, Laguna Philippines)
