Offer description

• Check cash deposits slip, POS settlement, invoice, receipts and other related documents versus generated reports from Cyware system.

• Checking of Daily Sales Report submitted by branches.

• Create Audited Monthly Sales Report for submission to Finance Manager.

• Monitor sales invoices, official receipts and delivery receipts of

• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.

• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions and from customers;

• Receive Payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts

• Maintain Listing of Accounts Receivable and Payable

• Follow-up collections on past due accounts

• Posting of payment in coordination with accounting

• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; verifying totals; preparing report.

• Enlist the efforts of sales and management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.

• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
