  • Roles and Responsibilities

    The tasks of the Sales Coordinator and Receptionist are answering inbound calls, emails, and live chats; conducting outbound calls; responding promptly to customer enquiries; communicating with customers through various channels; answering product-related inquiries; keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints; coordinating with colleagues, Team Leads, and other departments as necessary.

    Required Experience:

    Sales experience

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in any course

    A Successful Candidate must have:

    Excellent English communication skills

    Net-savvy skills

    Proficient with:

    MS Office

    Experience Advantage:

    Customer Service experience
