  • The title is Sales Coordinator but the role is more on Executive Assistant and Admin tasks. We are looking for someone who has experience in Salesforce, MS Dynamics or similar CRMs, excellent communication and writing skills, has phone handling skills, has initiative and energy. You might also want to look for someone who has worked abroad or reports to a VP, CEO and Director. Salary is between 35-40k but if the candidate is really good and deserving we are open to offer more.

    The successful hire will be reporting to the Director of Partnerships who is based in Australia. He will be giving a lot of direction to this person. They need to be tough skinned and able to accept Scott’s bluntness. Sometimes it can come off as rude and insulting but it’s his style.

    It's an internal role who will be reporting in our Clark site (Freeport zone,Pampanga), schedule is 7am-4pm or as required by the Director of Partnerships.

    The Sales Coordinator ‘s primary function is to collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth

    integration of sales and marketing activities, skilled in creating schedules and tracking data. A central part of your

    job is to support the sales staff to guarantee sales goals are being met.


    • Performs Salesforce data entry, administration, reports and dashboards

    • Maintains organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team

    • Arranges creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team

    generate business leads

    • Attends essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and


    • Works with other departments to follow up on a task such as with Finance, Client Success to make sure

    that the client on-boarding is on track and report back to Manager

    • Close coordination with the Recruitment and Client Success team for sales related activities such as PD

    requirements and scoping sessions

    • Creates new clients and adds /updates contacts to Salesforce

    • Performs a research into events/ trade shows /industry blogs and publications

    • Takes Minutes of the Meetings when virtual or otherwise, and from here setting task and follow up

    • Monitors leads and inquiries from LinkedIn and other social media channels

    • Responds to all non-essential email and prioritising email actions

    • Attends daily meeting with manager for task prioritising and follow up

    • Aims to achieve Monthly, quarterly, or yearly target (if there is any)

    • Makes a client contract to both existing and new clients.

    • Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers

    • Manages email and calendar activities of the Director of Sales

    • Organise internal and external meetings in different platforms

    • Drafting and sending sales emails to leads and existing clients

    • Handles urgent calls, emails, and messages, answers customer queries, inform clients of delays, and

    schedules marketing events.

    • Assist in making the company's services as attractive to potential customers as possible.


    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field

    • 3 or more years of experience in sales

    • Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration is an advantage

    • Experience with analytics and online advertising, and proven success in the creation of marketing


    • Knowledge in using Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables

    • Preferably with knowledge on Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool such

    as Salesforce

    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

    • Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as


    • Have a strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on


    • Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed

    to excellence

    • Must have strong communication and writing skills to create and distribute company-wide newsletters and


    • Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed
