Offer description

• Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders, as well as informing the customer of any delays and arranging alternative delivery rates.

• Manage schedules and coordinate the job with another department to ensure on-time delivery.

• Response to delivery-related complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

• Secure for each sales order that the resources required are in position, on time and adequate in volume or quantity for a successful delivery.

• Maintain quick and economical approach in resolving challenges to order delivery without compromising perceived quality by the customer.

• Maintain the archive of all sales orders documents for easy and quick history tracking to manage possible future reports on discrepancies whether they occur or not.

• Provide management with critical information including customer dissatisfaction/complaints and suggest solutions or improvement that will address existing and future customer concerns and challenges.

• Assist or lead when necessary the quick resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.

• Report to direct manager/Immediate Superior internal and external challenges that prevent achieving directed goals.

• Report to direct manager/ Immediate Superior any discrepancy of the provided scope of supply from the agreed and signed purchase order, sales quotations made.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Communication and persuasion, Time Management, Teamwork, Sales
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
