  • JOB OBJECTIVE

    As the Trade Development Specialist for General Trade Account, you will be vital in ensuring flawless execution of our products at the store level. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that our shoppers will be able to see, touch and experience the product through excellent display, complete must carry assortment and correct plan-o-gram

    This role also requires a consistent level of personal accountability and great desire to meet the goals. Every correction execution will yield to sales.

    TOP 3 ACCOUNTABILITIES

    1. Product Availability and Distribution

    • Ensure 100% availability of Must Carry SKUs at branch level.

    • Monitor distribution in listed stores and ensure delivery arrival especially for customers with centralized distribution centers.

    • Facilitate inventory monitoring and billing for consigned accounts

    • Facilitate collections for Regional Distributors and other BPC direct served customers.

    • Assist in the delivery and delivery schedule. Align the availability of Merchandisers.

    2. Excellence in Retail Execution

    • Champion in implementing and maintaining the Retail Execution Standards or Picture of Success (PicOS). Ensure compliance on Display Location, Plan-o-Gram, Tactical Display Units and Promotions.

    • Closely coordinate with 3rd party merchandising agency to address execution and availability gaps at outlet level

    • Regularly visits and monitor top customer branches and ensure 100% compliance to set retail standards or picture of success

    3. Commercial Operations

    • Must adhere to the standard Sales Operations Process like Monthly Call Plan, Daily Activity Report and other reports.

    • Align route plan to assigned Provincial Distributors to maximize the trips per day.

    • Initiate account negotiation for a minimal to zero Listing Fees, Display Rentals and other customer related investments by leveraging on relationship and power of the brand.

    • Protect and maintain assigned tool of trade.
