  • Job Description

    • Monthly quota: PhP500k worth of wedding and other banquet event bookings for 1st 3 months, then PhP1M per month from 3-6 months

    • Closing deals and meeting sales targets.

    • Submits a daily contact report, updates the CCFCI google drive for inquiries, bookings and events calendar.

    • Answering any and all inquiries via email, SMS, or any other electronic means, or through voice calls, or in any medium as requested by the client.

    • Checking and following up on inquiries, including social media and online inquiries.

    • Arranging food tasting events.

    • Supervises all wedding and/or event preparation as well as the actual event (coordinating with suppliers, kitchen, florists, stylists, bride/groom or event celebrant, and other details as needed).

    • Coordinating with suppliers and company staff & personnel for the details of the events.

    • Coordinating with event sponsors and CCFCI clients.

    • Monitors and manages booking for catering events, including but not limited to weddings, debuts, industrial accounts (such as from pharma companies, etc), party trays and bento boxes.

    • Work week is 6 days per week. Must report at the company office in Paranaque on weekdays, and at the events place in Brgy San Lucas, Lipa Batangas on weekends and on an as needed basis. May meet with potential clients on the field as the need arises, at a time of the client’s choosing as amenable with CCFCI management.

    • Any and all activities in sales, as needed by the company.


    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, HRM or any business course.

    - Experience of at least 1-2 years is a plus

    - Proficient in English and Filipino/Tagalog

    - With strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership skills, and a team-player.

    - Amiable and gets along well with clients and other company employees.

    - Able to organize events to completion.

    - Patient, empathic, and able to discern the innumerable details and requirements of event celebrant/s.

    - Possessing the necessary soft skills to talk to clients and capable of closing deals.

    - Goal- and solutions-oriented thinking. Proactive.

    - Good communication skills in English and Tagalog

    - Teamwork oriented

    - Maintains a good energy level

    - Thorough and organized

    - Professional

    - Punctual
