  • Role:

    The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will report directly to the Sales Manager. As an SDR, you will spend most of your time qualifying sales prospects to hand over to Account Executives. Our goal is to set you up for success as an SDR while providing opportunities for you to grow and advance your career at Lanturn. Lanturn provides a tailored training program, and successful completion of the program -- usually in 12-15 months but sometimes shorter - guarantees your promotion to Account Executive and your switch to a more generous compensation package.

    Duties and Responsibilities:



    - Qualify inbound customer meetings for Account Executives through meeting senior executive-level clients via Video Call

    - Utilize pipeline and CRM tools to ensure information about prospects and clients is recorded and well-maintained

    - Proactively nurture early-stage opportunities by providing valuable content

    - Become a Lanturn subject-matter expert through continued learning and development

    - Understand Lanturn’s offerings and competitive position within the market

    - Develop an active and professional presence on LinkedIn to connect and engage with prospective customers

    - Acquire the skills it takes to become a successful Account Executive

    Desired Skills:

    - At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a sales development environment or in hospitality, the luxury sector, or the airline industry

    - Experience identifying and contacting prospective customers, utilizing a multi-approach prospecting methodology - outbound calling, video calls, email, and LinkedIn

    - Ability to host positive and energetic video calls with excellent listening skills and strong verbal communication skills

    - Able to work full-time as part of a remote team (you must have access to a stable internet connection that can support video calls)

    - Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant

    - Demonstrable track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and sales goals

    - Ability to communicate a value proposition in a clear, concise, and compelling manner

    - Strong written communication skills

    - Entrepreneurial mindset and roll-up-the-sleeves attitude

    - Passionate about technology, business, and winning
