  • JOB SUMMARY

    - Contribute to the group through the promotion of sales / marketing;

    - Marketing and sale of the products of the Company, Group and Affiliates;

    - Set up plan how to marketing strategies corresponding to the Item No. 2;

    - The retrieval of accounts receivable

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    - To handle from Inquiry to payment collection.

    - Maintain and expand our existing customer base.

    - Pursue sales lead, promote TOWA products and conclude order with professionalism.

    - Feedbacks and reports on all sales related activities and market information.

    - Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customers and to develop new markets.

    - Develops and identify new sales opportunities or prospective clients.

    - Conducts sales presentations with potential and existing customers.

    - Prepares proposal, strategy and sales report every day, week and monthly.

    - To undertake other duties as maybe requested by the management from time to time. Attends to after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

    - Define and implement strategies for market penetration.

    - Monitoring competitive and business activities.

    - To provide Sales forecast every month.

    - Fostering of friendly relationship with users

    - Determination of the specifications of orders and acquisition of DWG and other related documents

    - Support for the resolution of quality problems and specifications

    - Negotiations on the price and deliver of inquiry

    - Arrangement of buy-off material

    - Buy off arrangement

    - Acquisition of shipping order

    - Special orders from the President

    - To communicate directly to head office.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Technical Engineering.

    - At least 3-5 years of working experience ideally in Semiconductor Equipment (OEM), especially in backend.

    - Good Analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

    - Energetic, dynamic and customer oriented, can extend

    - Must be independent, have initiative and possess good attitudes. - Should have a Specific, Measurable, - Aggressive, Realistic and time bounded characteristics.

    - Possess own transportation and willing to travel frequently.

    - Willing to start ASAP
