As the Sales Engineer you will be responsible for building a strong and wide point of sales coverage and expanding the electrician/painting/construction/maintenance network within the retail industry (i.e. hardware stores).

Key Responsibilities:

•Enable a sustainable and productive growth of residential market

•Develop customer database (point of sales, wholesalers, hardware stores, electricians) and deploy actions for each customer type

•Ensure continuity of effective communication and engagement with customers

•Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers

•Plan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that visit plan is accomplished within assigned territory

•Gather specific information (competitor product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy, etc.) to report to manager and marketing team and be able to adapt effectively to the changes of market situation

•Develop a culture in sales professionalism by implementing and utilizing company provided tools

•To succeed in this Sales Engineer role, you will need to have a strong background in sales within retail industry for construction related products since you will be tapping even the smallest hardware stores.

Key Requirements:

•Female, 25-35 years old

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, ECE, ME, civil) or equivalent business course

•At least three years of sales experience in related industry or in a different segment but with strong will to learn and adapt in the electrical/painting/construction/maintenance market

•Good understanding of account management and coverage, distribution and merchandising

•Strong written and verbal English communication skills

•Proficient in MS Office Applications
