Summary of work to be performed:

Setting up, configuring, and maintaining systems such as cameras, lighting, microphones, and control systems for broadcasts and communications.

Job Description:

-Meet up with vendors/partners/end customers to qualify requirements.

-Come up with an accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) based on the customer’s requirements.

-Assist partners/end customers with their technical inquiries.

-Perform Proof of Concept / Demo to partners/end customers.

-Conduct product presentations to partners/end customers to provide technical and solutions overview.

-Coordinate with vendors Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for speedy resolution of problem.

-Provide complete and accurate documentation before and after each activity.

-Conduct onsite set up of newly purchase product .

Skills and Qualifications:

-Has Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical), Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

-At least 1-2 years work experience in AV equipment.

-Has knowledge with IT and AV technology.

-High level of proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, data analytics; Excellent in computer and troubleshooting skills.

-Strong sense of ownership and accountability, Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment.

-Strong working knowledge of audiovisual editing equipment and software.
