Sales, engineering and installation manager HVAC company - with related experience

Provides information about trends and developments in the Airconditioning and Refrigeration business that the company engages in
Prepares department budget and controls the expenses within the budget & various reports to the principal
Coordinates with the principals regarding the company's activities in selling its products
Supervises his department in the following activities:
a) Sales forecasting
b) Sourcing out of clients and customers - coverage of areas included in related industries
c) Sales call - strategic sales presentation competent salesmanship
d) Sales quotation - accurate and prompt submission to clients
e) After-sales service - attendance at meetings to enhance customer relations
f) Engineering or technical requirements - preparation of accurate drawings and data gathered from architects, consultants, and project managers
Graduate of any Engineering course
Preferably with PRC License
Must have at least 5 years of experience in the same capacity (Managerial level)
Must be knowledgeable in the promotion, sales, and marketing of engineering equipment and technology
With technical exposure in the construction or related industries
Must be proficient in both Oral and written communication

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 8 years of experience
