The company is a Japanese-owned modular home sales company in Makati city.
Work location: Makati-based but may cover NCR and outside NCR area for sales coverage
Strong personality and sales are driven (by results)
Developing new clients
Sales call, meetings/negotiating with new clients (F2F/Online)
Preparation of quotations/proposals
Sales management of existing clients
3 years of sales experience related to modular homes or real estate
Critical and logical thinking skills
Good understanding of sales and cost structure
Not job hopper

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
