  • 1. Meets monthly sales target.

    2. Generates potential buyers through own customer network.

    3. Conducts regular follow-up and monitoring of potential buyers.

    4. Prepares and explains sales proposals to the customers.

    5. Demonstrates the features of the products, their functions, & benefits.

    6. Prepares quotations for prospective customers (materials only).

    7. Assists customers in completing all needed documents when applying for credit terms.

    8. Assists the Project Engineer/Estimator in measuring project.

    9. Updates sales maps and price list regularly to avoid price conflicts with customers and sustain company profitability.

    10. Monitors work activities in project sites and coordinate with the Project Engineer to ensure high quality of work, efficiency in manpower and products and job completion.

    11. Calls customers 3 days after delivery to check and provide necessary assistance if there are any problems encountered.

    12. Periodically communicates with customers to update them on the new offers / products.

    13. Submits weekly itinerary sales report to Sales Supervisor.

    14. Submits weekly and monthly sales report to Sales Supervisor.

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
