    About The Role

    Pacific Equity & Loan is looking to expand our sales team. We are in search of a full-time Sales Exec who will be responsible for contributing to increasing sales volume. If you have excellent customer service and the determination to meet sales targets, you will excel within this role. The role is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your sales career and provides a great opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding US company. He/she will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

    Candidates must be within commuting distance to Ortigas. This job is not virtual, applicants must be willing to work from our office in Ortigas.

    Candidates must be willing to work USA office hours.



    Primary responsibilities:

    - Maintain Borrower relationships

    - Understand product offerings well enough to answer customer questions and address concerns

    - Increase sales volume

    - Prepare loan files to be handed to processing team

    - Maintain and build a customer database

    Secondary responsibilities:

    - Continued to learn about the ever evolving hard money industry

    - Study what competitors are doing

    Duties and tasks:

    - Receive inbound calls to convert to sales

    - Make outbound calls (both cold and warm sales calls)

    - Collect initial loan applicant information

    Skill Requirements:

    - Fluent English

    - The ability to communicate effectively

    - Strong customer service skills

    - Basic computer skills

    Hiring Process:

    - Resume and cover letter will be reviewed by hiring manager

    - Selected candidates will be sent a intelligence test to be taken within 48 hours of receiving

    - If chosen to move forward, candidate will be interviewed by company CEO and managers

    - Selected candidate will be offered the position

    Training Process:

    Once hired, you will be working directly under the Sales Manager and Account Executive. You will learn about the ever changing hard money industry and familiarize yourself with our loan products. You will utilize your customer service skills by learning how to properly communicate with leads and add them to our customer database. Along with this, you will be trained on how to prepare loan files for the processing team. This training will likely take a few months.

    Benefits:

    - ₱35,000 per month

    - HMO on the first day

    - VL/SL Benefits; 12+12

    - 13th and 14th month pay

    - Likely team oriented production bonus
