Job Description
Ensures achievements of annul sales target • Promote/sell product and service of company to current and prospective customers • Creates customers master list, profiles and schedules necessary for territorial efficiency
• Create and recommend action plans to achieve corporate goals • Create and submit territory activity reports to Sales Supervisor on a timely basis • Survey new opportunities/customers for company products and services • Promotes and maintain a professional relationship with customers (external and internal) • Handles all customer complaints and concerns promptly
• Monitors timely placement and delivery of sales orders • Ensures prompt collection of payment • Implement company marketing plans and strategies • Fulfill other duties as directed by Immediate Superior


Requirements
Candidates with degree in Business, Marketing, architecture, or Civil Engineering. • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing in the same industry or
construction. • Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales • Required skill(s): negotiation skills, communication skills, keen to details, dedicated and
passionate in achieving monthly sales quota • With motorcycle is an advantage as long as willing to use for field works

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
