  • QUALIFICATIONS:
    Must be a college graduate of Marketing or post graduate of any Business related courses
    Must have three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a Manager
    Must came to Heavy Industrial and Machinery Industry
    Must have established clients related to the Industry
    Must have a convincing power and sales strategies and techniques
    With extensive knowledge about the Industry
    With good communication skills both English and Filipino
    With people management and customer relations skills
    With basic knowledge on using Computer

    JOB SUMMARY:
    The Sales Manager will manage the whole team of the Sales Department from promoting the company’s
    products up to establishing clients nationwide. This involves negotiation with the clients, maximizing potential
    of the sales team, effective crafting sales plan and meeting revenue growth targets.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    To manage and oversee overall operation of the assigned Sales team starting from establishing clients
    up to closing deals.
    To manage and monitor all documents incorporated to Sales Department.
    To obtain profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, skills
    development and product knowledge development.
    To be responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales
    representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
    To lead the development and execution of overall market business plans.
    To recommend sales strategies, techniques and plans in performing sales
    To monitor and supervise all sales staff not limited to conducting their performance evaluation regularly.
    To actively participate in the occurrence of problem and perform quick actions with effective decisions.
    To prepare monthly reports with recommendations.
    To ensure team goals and objectives are being carried out
    To recommend standard guidelines or procedure for the improvement of the department
    To strictly follow and implement the rules and regulations as well as the policies and procedures set by the company
    To promote and maintain high value of professionalism and ethical work behavior within the department
    Other tasked given by the superior
