  • Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with a BPO company providing diverse Business Process Solutions and Services in their search for a SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.

    Job Description:

    The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible of the following:

    Help client acquisition and generate business from the Philippines international and domestic markets
    Handle RFI/RFPs, generating new business leads, conducting prospect research, developing & delivering Corporate Presentations
    Be involved in interaction with customers at senior levels, be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals
    Identify requirements from customers and match the required processes to convert the lead to a warm lead / prospect
    Coordinate with potential partners to send and write proposals, as and when required
    Research and analyze the pain points of a particular organization and make the right pitch at the right level
    Interact with technical people for specific requirement of the client
    Relationship building, regular follow up with clients / prospect.
    Preparation of marketing collaterals and presentation, case studies, mailers etc.
    Market intelligence - Philippines market feedback and research on existing clients
    Create Market based services propositions and develop the sub-market from a Sales perspective.
    Hunt new logos and farming few existing accounts in the BFSI, Utilities and Retail segment.
    Integrate into the global team and leverage existing domain/excellence expertise from within the global organization
    Build and maintain a strong relationship with OEM partners and local partners.

    Job Qualifications:

    Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
    With BPO and IT Sales Experience
    With 10+ years of working experience, and at least a minimum of 5 years experience in software sales in the BPO setting.
    With strong written and verbal communication & technical writing skills.
    With working knowledge of costing for proposals, well versed with contact center requirements of various verticals, good understanding of the domain
    With strong Sales expertise and Industry knowledge with operational understanding of the key business activities and processes of IT, Application Services and Engineering Services.
    With past experience in working for a Systems integrator company
    Commercially savvy: understands targets, revenue and margins, and can integrate these into actionable steps with end to end ownership. Build and Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities and meet the assigned quarterly and annual targets
    With proven sales and consulting expertise and leadership abilities to build and manage relationships at CXO level
    Experience in South East region is an advantage
    Good exposure and knowledge on Philippine market
    Excellent People Management.
    Well versed with Power Point.
