  • Job Description
    1. Engage in business development activities for assigned accounts & industries.
    2. Establish relationships with key client decision-makers and maintaining regular contact and ensuring that communication flows effectively.
    3. Work closely with the rest of the team in ensuing fulfillment of services offered.
    4. Develop and constantly pursue a deep understanding of assigned industries.
    5. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstration.
    6. Provide leadership and direction where necessary.
    7. Must ensure that all team members understand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve it.
    8. Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
    9. Provide on-the ground support for account executives as they generate leads and closes new deals.
    10. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

    Qualification
    1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree of Business Studies/ Administration / Management / Marketing / Commerce or equivalent.
    2. Required Skills: Sales and Marketing presentation, good communication skills, Interpersonal relation, driving skills/basic driving skills.
    3. Good spoken and written communication skills.
    4. High proficiency in presentation skills and good interpersonal skills.
    5. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    6. Good “people skills” for working with a range of colleagues and clients.
    7. Dynamic, resourceful and outgoing personality will be a good fit to company culture.
    8. Confident, assertive and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility towards work and the team.
    9. Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner.
    10. You must be pro-active.
    11. Has initiative and eye for details.
    12. Can handle and manage multiple clients and projects at any time.
    13. Good organizational and time management skills.
    14. The ability to lead and motivate a team.
    15. Experience is sales preferred.
