  • Job Summary
    This position is responsible for maximizing the sales team potential. In charge of managing organizational sales by developing and implementing business plans.

    Job Responsibility
    Oversee and manage the performance of the sales team.
    Develop and implement sales plan to bring in new business
    Provide accurate and timely feedback to management to aid them in the development of strategic and tactical plans for the business unit.
    Provides assistance during client presentation and in handling key accounts
    Maintain good relationship with customers, dealers, principals and internal clients
    Lead the team in prospecting and qualifying potential clients to generate possible sales opportunities
    Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Account Managers and Officers.
    Oversee processes as executed by direct reports to ensure compliance to time, performance, and professional standards.
    Participate in screening candidates for direct reports and recommend qualified candidates;
    Conduct performance evaluation, and recommend appropriate intervention;
    Motivate, coach, counsel and assists in defining and setting performance standards;
    Participate in disciplinary due process, if and when necessary
    Keep abreast of and compliant with all company policies, departmental directives, and performance standards.

    Job Qualifications
    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
