  • Job Functions:

    • Generate business by signing-up new merchants and engage potential financial institutions for


    • Generate quality leads and develop healthy sales pipeline.

    • Present and develop company business to new and existing customers.

    • Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and objectives.

    • Analyze market and ensure competitive analysis and develop effective selling plan to approach market.

    • Develop programs to get maximum customer satisfaction.

    • Develop and implement an annual business plan for the sales department.

    • Study trend and direction of payment platform around the world & initiate new idea / innovation which is

    applicable to the Philippines.

    • Manage each and every step of product implementation to ensure successful deployment.

    • Take lead in addressing and managing all ongoing issues and problems that customers may raise

    pertaining to the use and performance of products.

    Job Requirements:

    • Preferably at least 3 years in sales role, preferably from merchant acquiring in the e-commerce

    industry, payments, web, or mobile solution.

    • Strong customer relations skills; strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical

    aspect of payments and eCommerce.

    • Excellent skills in chasing leads and closing deals.

    • Effective writing skills with the ability to support the development of technically focused, solutions-

    oriented sales proposals.

    • With general computer knowledge, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability and desire to discuss product solutions

    and technical aspects with multiple levels (C-Level Executives to Functional Managers and IT).

    • Strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspect of payments and


    • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.

    • Strong organizational skills, rational thinking, initiative, team-player, and results oriented.

    • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as proactive

    team member.
