Preparation of Sales Invoice. Delivery Receipt, and Acknowledgement Receipt.

Review completeness of surgical case reports submitted by Product Specialists.

Updating inventory based on used items reflected in case reports.

Coordination of delivery schedule.

Monitoring of consigned biologic products.



Assist sales team during marketing events.

Coordination with the Sales team for marketing materials.

Reviewing inventory for release and inventory received from surgical cases.

Review PCSO documents.

Answer telephone inquiries.

Confirmation of documents from hospitals prior to collection.

Sales vs. Quota Tracking.

Other duties that might be assigned by direct superior.

The Biologics division focuses on US made biologic products to treat conditions associated with aging or injury.

While Orthopedics is still the key driver of Pacific Surgical’s success, making up over 70% of gross sales, the company has ventured into other areas such as General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB GYN, Laparoscopy and Surgical Simulation.
