    Job Description

    1. Oversee and manage the daily sales and operations activities of each department representative of the company covering hauling, trucking, logistics, and warehousing to ensure KPI performance is achieved.

    2. Lead and direct all sales and business development strategies.

    3. Implement clear policies and procedures for smooth flow of operations and achieve best industry practice in service delivery.

    4. Monitor and track sales and operations trends through reporting and analytics.

    5. Offer competitive products and services to existing and potential new clients by leading and guiding the sales team.

    6. Work closely with the GM and President.

    7. Promotes wellbeing and capability building through training and development.

    8. Conceptualizes and implements cost reduction programs in all aspects of operations.

    9. Prepares budget, analyzing variances, and initiates corrective actions to meet operations financial objectives together with the Accounting and Finance Department.

    10. Performs other functions that may deem necessary for the Sales and Operations Department.

    Qualifications

    1. 5 years of experience in sales operations in the trucking and logistics industry with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards.

    2. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

    3. Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.

    4. Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of the industry and other CRM applications and email marketing strategies.
