    Position Description:

    Position Title: Sales Assistant

    Classification: Associate

    Salary Grade: 30,000 - 35,000 Peso / Month

    Reports To: Account Manager

    Primary Relationships: Account Manager, Client

    Date: March 2021


    - Must feel comfortable working US business hours (graveyard shift)


    Sales Assistants are required to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. You will be required to initiate outbound calls, ask discovery questions that would obtain more information about prospects, follow-up on previous customers, answer phones, support customers, organize files, prepare documents, and schedule appointments. Communication skills is a must as this position requires frequent interaction with the internal team as well as prospects and clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

    - Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)

    - Contact prospects and clients to understand their business needs and requirements

    - Route qualified opportunities by successfully setting up appointments for the CEO and the Business - Support Specialist for further development and closure

    - Ensure prompt and accurate answers to prospects and clients’ queries

    - Build strong client relationships through regular communication

    - Communicate offered services and pricing details clearly

    - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

    - Maintain and expand the database of prospects

    - Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

    - Handle requests and queries appropriately and efficiently

    - Maintain diary, arrange meetings, and appointments and provide reminders

    - Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data

    - Produce reports, presentations, and briefs

    - Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

    - Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures


    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

    - Experience in project, resource, and budget management

    - Familiarity of the Managed IT Services or Network Security

    - Experience working for another IT Company and/or Managed Service Provider

    - Experience with PSA and RMM tools

    - Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications

    - Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate

    - Hands on experience with any ERP and CRM systems

    - Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

    - Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience

    - Strong English (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships

    - Effective presentation and negotiation skills

    - High degree of professionalism

    - Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude

    - Excellent listening skills to understand issues and ability to ask the right questions
