    I. General Role:

    The Sales Staff’s primary role is to assist the Sales Department in handling customers/clients queries, documentations, filing and all other task as directed by the immediate head to fasten and meet the needs, both of the clients and the department.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. To coordinate and follow- up with clients on the compliance and submission of all the required Documents for Housing Loan Application;

    2. To Check, analyze and verify the clarity and veracity of each document;

    3. To submit to Sales and Customer Experience Manager all the complete documents of each client before submitting it to Processing Dept.,

    4. To submit to Processing Department all the documents once found and verified to be complete;

    5. To assist the Processing Department if there are additional requirements needed to be submitted during the processing of the housing loan.

    6. To assist the Sales & Customer Experience Supervisor in handling customer queries, concerns and complaints;

    7. Manage filling system

    8. Update all the customer’s accounts and maintain documents;

    9. Create, maintain and enter information into PHRDC PMS;

    10. Handle incoming calls and other communications.

    The candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Development/ Real Estate Management.

    At least one (1-2) year experience in the related field is required for this position

    Required Skills : Computer Literate, Customer Oriented and Solutions Oriented, Keen to details, good communication skills.

    Willing to learn and to be trained; ability to work with minimal supervision and have a warm personality.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
