Offer description

1) Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly in inquiry and the distribution of any sales documentation.

2) Act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are not available.

3) Act as the primary customer service contact for in house clients who have questions about their accounts or our products.

4) Responding to complaints from customer and give after-sales support when requested.

5) Prepare and then follows up on any sales quotation made for in house clients.

6) Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in calm and friendly manner.

7) May also be required to produce reports.

8) Do other functions as office personnel in sales related task.

9) May work during weekend and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Customer service, Decision making, Goal-oriented
• Availability to travel: No
