  • 1. To assist the Assistant Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.

    2. To assist the Assistant Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.

    4. To assist the Assistant Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.

    5. Formulate pricing policies and ensures pricing is correct.

    6. Coach, train, counsel, recruit and discipline employees. Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team.

    7. Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers and keep up with fluctuating demand and supply.

    8. Analyze financial and operating statements for profitability ratios.

    9. Maintain data analysis, to record sales figures and forward planning.
