    Education: College Graduate with bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Mgt.

    Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in territory management and product training

    Knowledge or can quickly develop mastery of Sky products and services

    Knowledge of territory; with experience in handling sales agents

    High customer-service orientation and entrepreneurial skills

    Exhibits strong leadership, management, and inter-departmental / cross-functional coordination skills

    Must be passionate about customer service and operational effectiveness

    With good analytical skills and can work under pressure.

    Computer literate and familiar with office applications

    Team player and highly motivated.

    Results oriented and attentive to details

    Can work in a fast paced environment and can handle stress effectively.


    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Provide focused sales efforts covering the small to medium enterprise market of the territory

    • Ensure achievement of revenue targets

    • Lead, train, and manage agents assigned in the territory

    Specific Responsibilities :

    • Ensure 100% achievement of sales targets

    • Supervise field sales team to ensure effective deployment and area coverage

    • Implement strategies, tactical plans and other sales initiatives according to company sales strategies

    • Identify territorial partners and manages local distributors

    • Develop and improve productivity of Non-traditional sales teams
