Sales Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our metal fabrication company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new sales opportunities
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
• Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote the company and its products
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the metal fabrication industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, materials, and products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
