Offer description

Handling orders by phone or email, and ensuring all sales order are processed in an efficient and accurate manner and according to customer requirements.

Manage schedules and coordinate the job with another department to ensure on-time delivery.

Works closely with Sales, Logistics and Production to provide operational support and to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

Serves as the single point of contact in ensuring that sales plans are followed accordingly.

Maintain the archive of all sales orders documents for easy and quick history tracking to manage possible future reports on discrepancies whether they occur or not.

Maintain quick and economical approach in resolving challenges to order delivery without compromising perceived quality by the customer.

Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders, as well as informing the customer of any delays and arranging alternative delivery schedule.

Response to delivery-related complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Provide management with critical information including customer dissatisfaction/complaints and suggest solutions or improvement that will address existing and future customer concerns and challenges

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Sales
