JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for supporting sales department by studying and developing growth strategies in increasing the company revenue on focused solutions based on historical data and periodic reports.
Work Setup and Schedule: Office Based/ 9am- 6pm Monday to Friday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
DAILY:
Disseminate bid announcements to Sales Team
Answers telephone calls for the Sales Team on inquiries.
Send sales correspondence proposal, quotation, letters, company profile, brochures and accreditation documents to clients, related-marketing companies and suppliers.
Assists the Sales Team in the absence or due to work exigencies such as preparation of sales order and related internal documents.
Generates Sales Order with regard to customer Purchase Order and forward to concerned departments.
Checks and routes Pre-quote to concerned departments.
Files, safe keeps and organizes documents related to Sales & Marketing Division.
Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace while helping in the maintenance and observance of maximum security set by the company.
WEEKLY:
Updates chart on trend of sales performance. Submit report to BISD Vice President, and CEO.
Prepares weekly sales order-generated and weekly sales reports.
PERIODIC: (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
Prepares monthly sales order-generated report. Submit report to BISD Manager/CEO.
Handles trending of monthly sales performance.
Presents marketing activities to the CEO for updating and approval.
Prepares/consolidates funnel management report of sales such as forecast, updates on sales system projects, etc.
Organizes/coordinates marketing events, training.
Assist in prepares of accreditation and bid documents of sales.
Conducts study on BISD strategic/restructuring plan. Submit to BISD Vice President for presentation to CEO.
Regularly updates, revises & modifies existing company website.
Performs diagnostic maintenance of company intranet.
Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Language skills: Level 3: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondences. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical skills: Level 2: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning ability: Level 3: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
