  • Overall Responsibility:

    Provide the necessary administrative support services to sales force, promote customer satisfaction by catering to customer’s inquiries and complaints, liaise with other departments for the effective implementation of sales deliverables, and attain all sales monitors and reports expediently and accurately.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    1. Assists the sales team in creating proposal and presentation to prospective clients, and ensures high-quality, up-to-date support materials;

    2. Ensures the quality and completeness of reports requested and provided to the Sales Administration Section for consistent and representative data of the Region;

    3. Coordinates with sales force by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information;

    4. Develops filing systems to maintain sales records, customer data information, prepares reports, and provides financial and budget monitoring system for the Region’s productivity;

    5. Handles urgent calls, emails, and messages from customers’ queries on Account Executives’ visits, delays, delivery dates, and other sales activities for customer satisfactions;

    6. Collaborates with other departments like Operation, Finance, HR, Marketing and Business Development to ensure the delivery of Sales quotas and goals, and Customer Engagement programs;

    7. Acts as the point person for incoming customers to answer queries and present the product at the showroom of the Operation Center;

    8. Ensures the coordination with Operation staff the effective management of the Operation Center’s Showroom in maximizing the activities;

    9. Ensures all information are immediately and accurately relayed to immediate superior for imminent decision and direction;

    10. Ensures adherence to laws, regulations and policies as defined by management.

    11. Organizing Sales data, analysis and collation
