    Job Description

    The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support to the Sales team, with a strong focus on client support to progress deals through to our operations and procurement teams. Here are the key responsibilities of this role: Provide administrative support to the Account Managers and Business Sales Manager to enable new orders including renewals. Provide general customer support via the phone and email when required by the broader Sales team. Tender submission preparation & support. Ensure client requests are actioned in a timely manner. You are required to perform your duties in accordance with our Code of Conduct, various policies, procedures and this job description which may change from time to time in consultation with you.

    You will be working the day shift at our Pampanga site.


    -Time Management/Project Management training or equivalent.

    -Minimum 2 years Administrative experience in a high volume

    -Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    -Ability to liaise with other departments to ensure service delivery to customers.

    -Excellent data entry skills.

    -Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Product Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
