  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any related course

    • Must have at least 1 year experienced in Sales or Merchandising

    • Must be willing to do Field Works

    • Must be knowledgeable in MS Applications

    • With good customer service skills and with pleasing personality

    • Can work with minimum supervision

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Recruitment of New Personal Shoppers

    • Development of existing Personal Shoppers (Position Upgrading)

    • Facilitates BOS to PS applicants

    • Facilitates Weekly Network meeting and Upgrading Seminar

    • Monitors and qualifies Bigshot CCL qualifiers

    • Implements Network Recruitment, Retention and Reactivation projects

    Monitors JMC, GS and GM Key Accounts
