Offer description

* Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

* Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guide, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers

* Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary

* Enter data into our software and maintain client files

* Meet profit and sales target

* Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs

* Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions

* Help customers about new destinations, hotels and vacation options by giving details about features, benefits and experiences available to guests

* Coordinate payment or balance schedules to client/establish a follow up procedure for customers who miss payments.

* Willing to be assign around Makati Area.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Customer service
