  • Key Responsibilities:

    Operational

    - Central contact point for all sales orders & paperwork between PWN’s sales channels, including PWN’s provisioning, Customer Care Finance team & suppliers.

    - Checking sales orders for accuracy and compliance. Conducting “Pre” & “Post” audit for provisioning and tolling as per sales application forms.

    -Credit Checks.

    - New account creation in CRM and billing prep of new sale orders.

    - Central contact point for sales queries including solution support between PWN’s sales channels and suppliers.

    - On boarding “support” of new sales partners.

    - To establish and maintain a sales register for each of PWN’s sales channels each week.

    - To establish and maintain pipeline reporting (within our CRM) for each of the PWN sales partners.

    - Maintaining weekly sales summary reporting in graphical format.

    - Manage referrals / leads, win back & customers at risk distribution and reporting.

    - Oversee pre-qualification process for PWN sales partners.

    - Maintain a FAQ register.

    - Prepare product specials.

    - Coordinate Monthly newsletters – both Sales Channels & End User Customers.

    - Share product coverage area information for targeted campaigns.

    - Maintenance of product pricelists.

    - Maintenance and updates of PWN sales channel extranet.

    - Prepare & manage online and print marketing to our end users as well as sales channels.

    - Provide administrative support to the Directors on an “as needs basis”.

    - Preparing contracts for the Co-Managing Director’s as required.

    Office Administration

    - Create Process where required.

    - Adherence to the PWN’s standards encompassing use of standard templates for all documents, procedures and guidelines

    - Effective maintenance of all contact databases.

    - Provide manager with weekly updates on activities, improvements, issues etc as a matter of course.

    - Advise new starters as part of the induction process on Admin processes, systems etc.

    Professional Development/Human Resources

    - Develop and maintain high levels of integrity and working relationships with all internal and external clients and suppliers.

    - To actively monitor personal KPI’s and identify areas of further development in consultation with Manager and/or HR Manager.

    Product / IP Knowledge

    - Share new / learned knowledge with other staff members

    - Keep abreast of market changes and competitive standards/practices adopted by direct competitors and similar sectors.

    Working Schedule: Dayshift

    Work Location: Temporary WFH set up
