Scrum Master in Cabantian Davao



Monday-Friday; 7am- 5pm


Qualifications:
-Preferably at least 3+ year experience in any IT-related position
-Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies on Project Management is an advantage
-At least 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
-Good communication skills; both verbal and written
-Knowledge in Azure DevOps or any Agile Tool is an advantage
-Has the capacity to manage people and different tasks
-Experience in working with foriegn clients



-He/she will be in charge of assisting the Project Manager in organizing ongoing projects.
-This involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
-He/she makes sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.
-This can include communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.



Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintaine and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
-Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
-Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
-Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
-Ensure project deadlines are met
-Determine project changes
-Provide administrative support as needed
-Undertake project tasks as required
-Develop project strategies
-Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
-Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
-Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
-Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
-Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
