    Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Search Engine Manager to manage a portfolio of marketing campaigns from onboarding, to day-to-day maintenance and management.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Manage day-to-day Search Engine Marketing campaigns across different networks such as Google, Bing and Facebook.

    - Responsible for managing all elements of paid search campaigns including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization.

    - Ability to work on a shifting schedule.

    - Assist in the development of search media plans, recommendations, insights, and strategy.

    - Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends/insights to achieve and exceed Target KPIs in paid campaigns.

    - Achieve targeted KPIs for SEM campaigns on a monthly basis

    - Support Account Managers on all SEM requests.

    - Responsible for proofreading content and ensuring quality of the overall campaign and maintaining the integrity of the client’s brand.

    - Generate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and/or quarterly performance reports for clients, and ability to recognize and troubleshoot performance anomalies.

    - Collaborate with technical team on the implementation of the tracking codes onto URLs for effective tracking and KPI measurement

    - Manage and track spend across all SEM campaigns.

    - Participate in recurring SEM team meetings. Participate in Client calls as needed.

    - Keep up to date with industry trends, research industry-related media, and paid search best practices.

    - Report directly to Project Manager and Vice President of Digital Marketing.

    Qualifications:

    - Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and Facebook

    - Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

    - Google Ads Certification is a must.

    - Bing Ad Certification is a plus.

    - Proficient in all Google, Bing, and Facebook paid tactics (Search, Display, Remarketing, Shopping, Video, etc).

    - Must be able to work on multiple campaigns (35+)

    - Must be detail-oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

    - Ad agency experience preferred

    - Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills

    - Ability to work on multiple tasks and the ability to meet strict deadlines

    - Fluency in written and verbal English. Ability to express complex ideas and present SEM recommendations to Clients Service team in a clear, concise, and thoughtful way

    - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner (within an hour upon receipt)

    - Available to be on call during weekends and weekday off-hours for emergencies and tasks requiring immediate attention.

    - Fast learner

    - Must be a team player
