    - Preferably with at least one (1) year secretarial work experience preferred.
    - Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,Word,Powerpoint)
    - With strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills in English and Filipino
    - Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City

    Job Descriptions:
    - Prepares minutes of the meeting, memorandum, and business correspondence
    - Answer Phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
    - Screening & Attending to visitors
    - Filing and Organizing documents
