  • Secretary for North and Central Luzon Sales

    Duties & Functions:

    • Receives and screens incoming calls.

    • Receives and records incoming and outgoing correspondences.

    • Types letters, memo, correspondences.

    • Assist in accommodating the inquiries and needs of the clients and sales force.

    • Files correspondence and other business documents.

    • Maintain records of scheduled meetings.

    • Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

    Requirements:

    1. Not more than 30 years old.

    2. Graduate of any 4 year course/ Knowledge in Customer Servicing is an advantage.

    3. Computer Literate, Average typing Skills, Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
