  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Performs general administrative support for the executive

    • Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner

    • Manage executive’s calendar and set up meetings

    • Create reports and make travel arrangements for the executives

    • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents & reports

    • Conducts research and data gathering for executives’ report

    • Highly knowledgeable in MS Office Applications

    • Must be able to meet deadlines in fast-paced quickly changing environment

    • Professional level verbal and written communications
