Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer client questions
- Help troubleshoot problems
- Guide the clients in tax strategy
- Payroll journal entries
- Create amortization schedules
- Set-up budgets
- Understanding a balance sheet and income statement, allocating all expenses and income into the right categories
- Client Management: managing their expectations, being clear in your communication, and being willing to coach clients

Required Experience
- Payroll experience
- Guiding clients in tax strategy
- Budget set-up
- Experience with QuickBooks
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
