* Monitor Cash Position

* Verify and record daily transactions

* Update, maintain and reconcile monthly schedules- AR, AP, Fixed Assets

* Maintain books of accounts

* Prepare schedules for BIR Tax compliance

* Check and monitor Inventory records

* Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end reports

* Analyze different general accounts regularly

* Prepare journal entries and maintain record of subsidiary accounts

* Ensure compliance on statutory requirements

* Assist and provide schedules and supporting documentation for audit

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Accounting Software, Accounting
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
